I focus primarily on individuals. I work primarily with adults and emerging adults.
Feelings of sadness and hopelessness can control our life. It can be hard to get out of bed in the morning and you may find yourself struggling to do the things you used to enjoy.
Staying up all night worrying about the next day, going back over the decisions you made or the conversations you had and not able to turn your mind off can contribute to us feeling restless, losing sleep and unsure of ourselves.
Struggling with your out of control teenager or feeling like you are losing your temper one too many times with your kids? Are you having trouble getting your kids to listen or do what you want them to do and feel like you are failing as a parent. I can help you feel more in control of your emotions and feel confident with your parenting skills.
Career changes, death of a loved one, divorce, problems in our relationships or even moving to a new city. These major life events can shift our way of thinking and cause us to experience stress and uncomfortable thoughts and emotions.
