But even when things go your way or you achieve something great, you can’t help but feel this might not last or that any wrong step and it will all come crumbling down around you.
You are afraid that if something doesn’t change soon, you will never be happy; you will end up alone or stay in an unhappy relationship or end up letting those around you down.
Even though you know something needs to change, you don't know WHAT should change. Your emotions have started to control your life and you just want to feel like you are back in control.
My job is to help you find out what is holding you back and to help you be able to enjoy the life you have. I use evidence based therapy to help you find out what keeps you stuck in the negative thoughts and emotions and we work together to break those cycles.
