Therapy FAQs

I try to focus on brief solution focused therapy. Therapy is typically 12-16 sessions over a course of several months.  Treatments for OCD may be longer depending on severity of symptoms. This does depend on how long you have been struggling with the issues and how frequently we may be able to see one another. My goal is to have you feeling better as soon as I possibly can.

My rate for a first appointment (considered an intake appointment) is $150. Follow up Appointments are $150. Each appointment lasts approximately 45- 55 minutes.

I am in network with United Healthcare, Aetna and contracted with serval EAPs. If you do not have United Healthcare or Aetna, I can provide you with a Superbill to submit for reimbursement or assist you in getting reimbursement. I do accept HSA cards and can help you determine your out-of-pocket cost.
